TCP Partners signs partnership with AtZ Investment Partners

Meio e Negócio reports the partnership between TCP Partners and AtZ Investment Partners, a Madrid-based investment banking firm, to work on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, debt advisory and restructurings between Europe and Latin America, with local presence in São Paulo and Madrid. The focus is on infrastructure clients in energy, road transport, construction and logistics. “We are very pleased to join forces with AtZ,” says Wilbert Sanchez, partner at TCP, who highlights access to new sources of international funding.
