Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. About this Policy
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and local storage items the website site.tcp-partners.com uses, what they are for, how long they last and how you can control them. The website is run by TCP Partners Consultoria Ltda. ("TCP Partners"), CNPJ 39.457.424/0001-15, Rua Minas de Prata, 1726, conjunto 152 (Spazio JK), Vila Olímpia, São Paulo/SP, CEP 04552-080.
This Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data in general and what your rights are.
2. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and that the browser sends back to the website on later visits. They are used, for example, to keep you logged in or to protect a form.
Local storage (localStorage) is a similar feature: it keeps small pieces of information in your browser, but they are not sent to the website automatically and can only be read by the website's own pages.
Cookies and local storage items can be:
- first-party: stored by the website you are visiting;
- third-party: stored by another company's service used by the website;
- session: deleted when you close your browser;
- persistent: kept until an expiry date or until you delete them.
3. How this website uses cookies
We only use the minimum needed for the website to work securely. This website does not use audience analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and does not share browsing data with advertisers.
All cookies and local storage items on this website are first-party and strictly necessary. No third-party service stores cookies when our pages load.
The visit statistics that the website itself counts, anonymously (section 3.2 of the Privacy Policy), do not use cookies or local storage.
4. List of cookies and local storage items
| Name | Type | Source | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| .TCPSite.Antiforgery | Cookie | First-party | Protects the forms (contact, registration, login, Account, forgot password and password reset) against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). It only holds an encrypted random code. It is only set on pages that contain one of these forms. | Session (deleted when you close the browser) |
| .TCPSite.Membro | Cookie | First-party | Keeps members logged in to the sector analysis area. It holds the account identification, encrypted. Without it you cannot download the analyses or use the Account page. It is only set after login. | Session; with "Remember me", 14 days, renewed with use. Deleted when you click "Log out". |
| .AspNetCore.Mvc.CookieTempDataProvider | Cookie | First-party | Carries a confirmation message to the next page (for example, "registration complete" or "password changed"). The content is encrypted. | Session; deleted as soon as the message is shown (lasts seconds) |
| tcp-aviso-cookies | Local storage | First-party | Records that you clicked "Got it" on the cookie notice, so the notice is not shown again. It only holds the value "1", contains no personal data and is not sent to the server. | Until you clear the website's data in your browser |
First-party cookies use the HttpOnly (cannot be read by page scripts) and SameSite (limits sending the cookie with requests coming from other websites) protections, and the website only works over a secure connection (HTTPS).
5. The cookie notice
On your first visit, the website shows a notice saying it only uses essential cookies. Since there are no optional cookies, there is nothing to accept or reject: the "Got it" button only closes the notice and stores the tcp-aviso-cookies item so that it does not appear again. If you clear the website's data or use a browser that does not allow local storage, the notice will appear again.
6. Legal basis
The cookies and items on this website are strictly necessary to provide the service you request (browsing securely, sending a form, logging in to the members' area). They therefore do not depend on consent: they are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of the website and, for login, the performance of the membership agreement (LGPD, art. 7, IX and V), in line with the ANPD's Guidance on Cookies and Personal Data Protection.
7. How to control and delete cookies
You can delete the cookies and site data stored in your browser at any time, or set your browser to block them. If you block this website's cookies, some features will stop working:
- the forms cannot be submitted, because the protection against cross-site request forgery depends on a cookie;
- you will not be able to log in to the members' area or download the analyses;
- the cookie notice will appear on every visit.

8. Changes to this Policy
If the website starts using other cookies, we will update the table in section 4 and the date at the beginning of this document. If any new cookie requires your consent, it will only be stored after you give it, and you may withdraw it at any time.
